Service Engineer

As a Window Service Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting customers' premises and rectifying any installation issues or faults, working closely with the Operations and Customer Service team. you will also be used to working in a customer-facing role and always maintain a pleasant and courteous manner.

We are looking for:

Service Engineers that provide a high standard of work, first time, every time Service Engineers that care about our customers and give a good customer service Service Engineers that understand the importance of working safely & comply to all health & Safety regulations Service Engineers who have a minimum of 2 year's experience within Services or the window industry
What the role will involve:

Ensuring any parts or remedial works required are clearly and accurately stated. Reporting any difficulties and service updates to the Customer Care manager.

Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, "Right First Time" approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments

Carrying out works to the highest standards of workmanship and in line with H&S procedures. Delivering an exceptional customer service. Protect customers property before starting work and leave the property clean and tidy upon completion. Report accurate information to the office regarding the repair status, work performed, and where necessary any further works or visits as required.
Our Service Engineers are essential to efficiently & effectively assisting our customers, assisting with any product and installation related maintenance. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with windows desirable. Excellent punctuality and reliability. Outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in producing exceptional work. Customer-centred approach. Have a full, preferably clean, driving licence
