What does a Service Engineer Supervisor do?

You'll be overseeing the installation of equipment as well as arranging staff within their duties to carry out service calls, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and keeping our machines running smoothly and reliably. You'll be the person our customers and staff rely on - not just for your technical know-how, but for your professionalism, friendly service, and calm approach when things need a fast fix.

Whether it's updating software, replacing parts, or completing routine maintenance, you'll make sure our team can keep doing what they do best - with minimal disruption and maximum confidence in our service.

What we're looking for:

Practical and logical - with a knack for fixing things
Great communicator - professional, calm and friendly
Organised and able to keep good records
Basic computer skills (for logging jobs and updates)
Full UK driving licence
Experience with electronics, gaming or service repair is a big plus - but we'll train the right person
