We are seeking a field-based service engineer who is experienced in service work in the window/door industry. The role will be visiting sites to carry out a service visit of our timber windows and doors with the aim of achieving a first visit completion.

Previous service experience required as well as a methodical and accurate work approach with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to residential and commercial clients, ensuring that all products function correctly and maintain their aesthetic and structural integrity.

Role Responsibilities



Day to day duties will include, carrying out adjustments of products, quality control checks on all products, fitting ironmongery and glazing Working with a trainee to impart knowledge and guidance in the role. Provide excellent customer service reflecting our premium brand. Maintain accurate records of service visits, materials used, and work completed. Report recurring product issues or customer concerns to the relevant internal departments. Being part of a positive team environment, displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship and in line with health and safety regulations Participate and contribute to relevant team meetings.

Who are we looking for?



Proven experience in joinery, carpentry, or as a service engineer working with timber products. Strong understanding of timber window and door construction and common issues. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Full, clean UK driving license Flexibility to travel to various customer sites (some over night stays)
