Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineers/Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance services for our products. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.

Experience in Alarm installation/service required.

Rota Monday to Friday with 1 in 6 callout. Pay is dependent on experience/skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and customer interactions. Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use of equipment. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Skills

Experience in Alarm installation/service required. Strong technical aptitude with experience in mechanical or electrical engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to the industry. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability. A valid clean driving license is essential for travel between service locations. Experience of working for an NSI alarm company or SSAIB APPROVED company, knowledge of Scantronic/Eaton panels.
