Service Helpdesk Administrator (fire & Security)

Job Description

TP Fire & Security, a BAFE accredited industry leading provider of Fire Protection and Security systems who have been established for over 30 years, are looking for an experienced Service Helpdesk Administrator.

Your role will include:



Schedule Pre-planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance works in a timely manner to ensure all Key Performance Indicators are met Handling administrative and support activities. Providing excellent customer service at all times and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner. Liaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting documentation when requested. Issue purchase orders when required. Work with the management team to discuss and implement appropriate course of action First point of contact for engineers regarding scheduling queries. Arrange service schedules and create, amend and file associated documentation and service records. Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies and procedures Undertake any 'ad hoc' duties as requested by the Branch Manager.

The successful candidate must have:



Excellent customer service skills A high degree of flexibility when faced with new challenges Good negotiation, influencing, good planning and organisation skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good numerical, written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office and IT skills Experience of Fire/Security operations preferred but not essential. 'Can do' attitude and a team player. Right to work in the UK.
