???? About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Service Improvement Analyst with strong Liquidlogic and Local Authority expertise to support an Adult Social Care Service Improvement programme.
You will lead the development of performance dashboards, KPI reporting, data intelligence, service improvement frameworks, and provide high-level analytical insight to help ASC drive efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep analytical capability, system knowledge, and the ability to interpret complex operational data into clear, meaningful recommendations.
???? Key Responsibilities

  • Design & deliver ASC performance dashboards / balanced scorecards.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from Liquidlogic and other systems.
  • Build performance management frameworks, KPIs, business plans and growth targets.
  • Produce clear, concise performance reports, recommendations and insights for senior leaders.
  • Lead service improvement meetings and present performance trends, risks and future projections.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring business cases, risks and deliverables remain robust.
  • Use best practice, research, benchmarking, market intelligence and ASC legislation to inform improvement activity.
  • Support managers in developing actionable improvement plans aligned with strategic ASC goals.
  • Manage workloads, deadlines and multiple priorities across a dynamic service environment.
???? Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong background within a Local Authority, ideally Adult Social Care.
  • Proven experience using Liquidlogic (LAS) for reporting, extraction and analysis.
  • Advanced analytical skills - interrogating management systems, handling complex datasets, building dashboards.
  • Experience producing performance information, KPI frameworks, insight reports and trend analysis.
  • Strong ability to influence, communicate, and work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Access, Word, PowerPoint and performance management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and thrive in a data-driven environment.
