Royal Mail is seeking a proactive and detail-driven

Service Introduction Manager

to oversee the seamless transition of new or modified IT services into live operation. This is a key role within our Service Delivery function, interfacing with project teams across the full lifecycle to ensure services are stable, supportable, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple complex projects introducing new or changed IT services. Ensure service readiness through due diligence, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. Maintain accurate records in ServiceNow, RAID logs, and PIRs. Lead service transition planning and handover to BAU operations. Coordinate change control and release scheduling with project and service teams. Report KPIs and contribute to IT governance and management insights.

What You'll Bring

Strong delivery experience in global IT environments. Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate with technical teams and suppliers. Experience managing concurrent projects in a multi-supplier support organisation.
