We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Clerk to join our team. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Duties
To prepare all service invoices
Ensure all engineers timesheets are entered into the DMS accurately
To ensure that telephones are answered in an efficient manner - taking all relevant booking in information, when required
To ensure that progress calls from customers are dealt with efficiently, and that customers are kept fully aware of completion times or delays, when required
To liaise with customers - drivers - fleet owners - other internal departments to ensure that all work is fully authorised
Ensure all information is passed to the customer in a timely manner i.e. visit sheets and service tick-sheets
