Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
Service Leader (Level 2) - Southport / Bootle Area
Full-time | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm | Driving license and own transport required
We're looking for a
caring, compassionate, and talented Service Leader
to join our management team, overseeing
2-3 supported living services
in the Sefton/Bootle area.
Your Role
Lead and support a team of Support Workers
Help people live independently in their own homes
Oversee care plans, risk assessments & audits
Ensure high-quality, person-centred support
Understand and manage challenging behaviours
? ? Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Be a visible, hands-on presence in the services
?
What You'll Need
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Minimum)
Experience in social care & service management
Knowledge of regulations and best practices
Full UK driving license & access to a car
