About the Role

We're looking for a

motivated, caring, and proactive Service Leader

to support adults with learning disabilities across our community-based supported living services. No two days are the same -- but every day you'll make an impact.

You'll split your time between

direct support

,

staff leadership

, and

service development

, working flexibly across services wherever you're most needed. You'll be a key part of ensuring people are supported safely, respectfully, and in a truly person-centred way.

What You'll Be Doing

? Leading and supporting a passionate staff team
? Building positive relationships with tenants, families, and professionals
? Creating personalised support plans
? Promoting independence, choice, and confidence
? Overseeing health & safety, safeguarding, finances, and quality standards
? Supervising and developing staff
? Responding flexibly to service needs -- including evenings, weekends & sleep-ins
? Ensuring we meet CQC standards and deliver great care every day

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Experience supporting people with learning disabilities A warm, respectful, person-centred approach Strong communication and problem-solving skills Confidence working independently and as part of a team Supervisory experience or readiness to step up Flexibility to support a 7-day rota including sleep-ins and on-call

Level 3 Health & Social Care

qualification is required (or close to completion).
