We're looking for a Service Lifecycle Marketing Manager
who sits within the Central Services Marketing team and is based in Region Europe. A successful candidate will be responsible for
the end-to-end lifecycle management of the Service Portfolio, including but not limited to lifecycle services (Upgrades HW/SW, Tech Refresh, Obsolescence), educational (Peer-to-Peer) and professional services (e.g., site planning, radiation shielding, go-live support).
What you'll do at Elekta
This person is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue throughout the entire lifecycle of service offerings. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on operational excellence, supporting the full lifecycle of services. This roles bridges product/service development and market adoption, ensuring that each stage of the customer journey is optimized for value, retention, and growth.
Your role will include (but not limited to):
New Service Introductions:
Conduct research and analysis
on trends and new lifecycle service concepts to inform marketing strategies and operational decisions.
Identify and implement offerings
that contribute to lifecycle business growth and customer value (business case development, opportunity assessment, customer needs assessment).
Lead go-to-market planning, execution, and strategy
for new service introductions, including global launch plan, messaging, and sales enablement.
Lifecycle Management:
Define a clear and compelling vision
for the service lifecycle portfolio.
Responsible for lifecycle management
(including phase-in and phase-out) and market readiness as part of New Service Introduction Process (NSI). Ensure completion of appropriate deliverables and knowledge transfer.
Oversee the full lifecycle of service offerings
, from launch to renewal and retention, ensuring value delivery at every stage.
Oversee overall positioning and pricing
, tailoring approaches to different markets and customer segments.
Drive service contract renewals, upgrades, and customer loyalty programs
.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
for service portfolios, aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes
to inform lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Campaigns & Communications:
Develop compelling service positioning, messaging, and value propositions
tailored to customer needs and competitive advantages.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
(digital, print, events, PR) to promote service offerings and drive customer engagement.
Sales Enablement:
Create and distribute sales tools, training materials, and collateral
to support the sales team in communicating service value (e.g., sales collateral, presentation, customer-facing content).
Collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams
to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
Collaboration Support:
Provide services and installed base marketing expertise
to regional activities and co-strategize marketing programs with regional teams.
Participate in regular marketing meetings
and support high-level sales and internal training as required.
Orchestrate cross-functional activities
to design service products that deliver new value in new ways for customers. Translate the converged service portfolio strategy into defined service products/offerings. Partner and align with regional leaders, other category product management leaders, and service delivery management on an integrated roadmap in early-stage ideation to ensure the effective delivery of all services.

What you'll bring

3-5 years of experience in downstream marketing, with a proven track record of managing service portfolios or a lifecycle portfolio.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations is advantageous, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing tools.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
