We're looking for a Service Maintenance Marketing Manager

to lead the global marketing strategy for our maintenance service portfolio - including our flagship Elekta Care Service Agreements. This role is not just about managing services--it's about transforming how we deliver value to our customers at every stage of their journey.

What you'll do at Elekta




This role is responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue across the maintenance service portfolio. It blends strategic product marketing with operational excellence, ensuring the maintenance portfolio is positioned for success. Acting as a bridge between product/service development and market adoption, the Service Maintenance Marketing Manager ensures every stage of the customer journey--from onboarding to renewal--is optimized for value delivery, customer retention, and business growth.


Your role will include (but not limited to):

New Service Introductions:



Conduct market research and trend analysis

to inform strategic decisions on new maintenance service concepts.

Identify and develop offerings

that drive business growth and deliver customer value, including business case creation, opportunity assessment, and customer needs evaluation.

Lead go-to-market planning, execution, and strategy

for new service introductions, including global launch plan, messaging, and sales enablement.

Maintenance Service Portfolio:



Define a compelling vision

for the global maintenance service portfolio.

Oversee all entitlements (e.g., uptime, spare parts, support, remote) that are included in the maintenance

offering--from launch to renewal and retention--ensuring consistent value delivery.

Manage positioning and pricing strategies

, adapting to diverse markets and customer segments.

Ensure market readiness through the New Service Introduction (NSI) process

, including completion of deliverables and effective knowledge transfer.

Drive service contract renewals

, point-of-sale initiatives, and customer loyalty programs.

Strategy & Planning:



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies

for service portfolios, aligned with business objectives and market trends.

Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes

to inform service marketing initiatives.

Campaigns & Communications:



Develop compelling service positioning, messaging, and value propositions

tailored to customer needs and competitive advantages.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns

(digital, print, events, PR) to promote service offerings and drive customer engagement.

Sales Enablement:



Create and distribute sales tools, training materials, and collateral

to support the sales team in communicating service value (e.g., sales collateral, presentation, customer-facing content).

Collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams

to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.

Collaboration Support:



Provide services and installed base marketing expertise

to regional activities and co-strategize marketing programs with regional teams.

Participate in regular marketing meetings

and support high-level sales and internal training as required.

Orchestrate cross-functional activities

to design service products that deliver new value in new ways for customers. Translate the converged service portfolio strategy into defined service products/offerings. Partner and align with regional leaders, other category product management leaders, and service delivery management on an integrated roadmap in early-stage ideation to ensure the effective delivery of all services.

The right capabilities



Excellent downstream marketing skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate in business, marketing and product management user terms Self-motivated and committed to best practice solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of managing service (maintenance) portfolios. Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing tools. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
