About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Service Manager

to oversee accommodation and support services that help individuals achieve stability, independence, and positive outcomes within the community.

This is a flexible role based in

Hull (HU2)

, offering a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. The role is ideal for someone with experience in supported housing or accommodation-based services who is passionate about high-quality service delivery and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of accommodation and support services Lead, supervise, and support staff to deliver person-centred support Ensure services operate in line with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies Build strong partnerships with local services, agencies, and stakeholders Monitor service quality, outcomes, and reporting requirements Support continuous improvement and service development

Essential Criteria

Experience managing or coordinating supported housing or accommodation-based services Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Desirable

Experience working with individuals with complex needs Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management Relevant qualification in health & social care, housing, or management
