CE-Tech is a family-run business with over 30 years' experience in the commercial equipment industry. Based in Cullybackey, we support clients across Northern Ireland with the supply, installation and servicing of commercial catering, laundry and refrigeration equipment.

We're recruiting a Service Manager to take a hands-on role in managing our service delivery in the field. This role is perfect for someone who understands engineering environments, knows how to keep standards high and can balance practical support with clear oversight of health & safety, compliance and contract management.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Managing daily operations of the service team in the field

Overseeing and implementing health & safety procedures and site compliance

Preparing and reviewing RAMS for projects and reactive works

Supporting engineers with technical advice, training and upskilling

Carrying out site audits and toolbox talks

Ensuring SLA and contract requirements are met and maintained

Assisting with resource planning and job scheduling in collaboration with office staff

Acting as a point of escalation for engineers and clients

What We're Looking For:

Background in engineering, field service or operations (catering, HVAC, M&E or similar preferred)

Strong working knowledge of RAMS and health & safety compliance

Hands-on experience in managing people, planning work and dealing with clients

Good communication skills and a calm, problem-solving approach

Full driving licence

What We're Offering:

Salary ranging from 38,000 to 48,000 depending on experience

25 Days Holiday + 8 Statutory Holidays
