Job Description

KCC Group are a market leader in the provision of supply, installation and of the following products. Glazed Screens & Doors, Fire Resistant Glazing Systems, Facades & Window Systems, Steel Security Doors, Door Hardware, Automatic Doors, Movable Walls.

Role Purpose



Manage the Service Department to deliver high-quality aftersales, maintenance and corrective services. Ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, mentor and manage service teams (technicians & coordinators). Plan and oversee scheduling, dispatch and SLA compliance. Handle escalations and key customer relationships. Drive service growth, contracts and efficiency improvements. Manage budgets, KPIs, compliance and reporting.

Person Profile



3+ years in service/maintenance operations, ideally in doors, access control, or building systems. Strong people management and leadership skills. Commercially aware with focus on KPIs and service excellence. Technical knowledge of door and access systems advantageous. Adaptable, customer-focused, results-driven.

Working Conditions



Office-based with occasional travel and site visits. Occasional out-of-hours support required.
