Role purpose:
Acting as the focal contact for SCC and the Service Operations Manager you will be responsible for all IMACs delivered to the customer. You will be accountable for the delivery, coordination and line management of the teams delivering the works and will be responsible for the quote, billing and reporting and Continual Service Improvement of the IMAC process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor SCC IMAC delivery managers and engineers, managing performance plans and training needs.
Oversee IMAC operations including quotations, invoicing, reporting, resource allocation, and supplier coordination
Act as the main escalation point for IMAC issues, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.
Manage customer relationships, attend stakeholder meetings, and produce service reports.
Drive process standardisation, service improvements, and documentation across IMAC delivery.
Maintain billing trackers, lead monthly invoice reviews, and ensure accurate financial reporting
Skills&Experience:
Proven line management experience with a track record of developing teams.
Strong ability to deliver against SLAs while improving efficiency and cost models.
Experience managing P&L, invoicing, and contract processes.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Recruitment experience and ability to mentor staff.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
