Location: Coventry and Warwickshire (The role is office and site based with travel to our Head Office in Wakefield once a month)



Salary:38,000 - 42,000 per annum



Annual Leave:25 days plus bank holidays

Role Requirements:



Experienced Leader: Proven leadership in a managerial role within health and social care settings. Qualified: Minimum Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) with a commitment to achieving Level 5. Mobile: A driver's license and access to a vehicle. Communicative: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders. Forward-Thinking: Innovative and proactive in developing the service. Values-Driven: A commitment to embodying Millennium Support's values in all aspects of the role.

Lead by Example: Demonstrate responsibility and accountability in decision-making. Be Present: Maintain a clear presence through walkarounds, observations, and active listening. Strategic Management: Handle long-term goals and purposes of the service with clear communication and accountability. Develop Potential: Foster the growth of Deputy Managers and Team Leaders through personal development and mentoring. Upskill Teams: Ensure your team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide the best support possible. Inclusive Culture: Promote a service culture where everyone is included and aware of their impact.
