Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join one of our Doncaster services on a permanent, full time basis (37.5 hours per week).
Service Manager - Doncaster
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead a team of support workers in Doncaster. You'll bring strong knowledge of supporting people with complex needs and experience working with families and professionals to create and deliver person-centred plans that help individuals live fulfilling lives in their own communities.
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality, person-focused support. You'll be confident making decisions under pressure, resilient when things don't go to plan, and passionate about driving positive change.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential - you'll act as a role model, build positive relationships, and demonstrate best practice across the service.
About you:
Experienced in social care, particularly with autism, mental health, and behaviours that challenge
Skilled in leading teams within Learning Disability services
Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is an advantage
Confident IT user
Flexible to work across 7 days, including weekends
Full driving licence required
Willing to provide hands-on support if needed
