Job Description

TP Fire & Security, a BAFE accredited industry leading provider of Fire Protection and Security systems who have been established for over 30 years, are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Manager to oversee the daily operations.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:



Experience at a Fire and Security Systems for an NSI & BAFE registered company with a minimum of 5 years' experience Conversant with Fire, Access control systems, Intruder alarms and CCTV systems Providing statistical reports and revenue figures to the Operations Director Ensuring that preventative maintenances are completed for Fire alarms, Security systems, Emergency Lighting and Fire extinguishers Experience in CDM and health & safety with the ability to create site specific RAM's Up to date with the current trends in fire standard, health & safety industry trends, market activities and competitors Maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and actively recommending solutions to meet their needs Must have a working knowledge and experience of the current fire and security standards. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be competent in Communication devices and Computer literate in MS Office suite (preferably Word & Excel)

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:



Qualifications in BS5839, BS5266/FIA Units desirable

PERSON SPECIFICATION:



Permit to work in the UK (foreign National) Must have a full, clean driving licence An ECS or CSCS card is desirable Must be able to satisfy vetting to BS7858 and Enhanced DBS checks will be required for this role Must be self-motivated, punctual, well presented and have diligent work ethic as working remotely from the office Have a 'can-do' approach and be a 'team-player'
