We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join the team at our Wolds Commercial branch, based in Fishtoft.

The branch offers Mobile (Commercial) Tyre Fitting for car, commercial (HGV) and agriculural customers and day to day you will be responsible for:

Working alongside the Branch Manager to assist with all aspects of the depot operations, including but not limited to; taking phone calls for incoming jobs and allocating these to technicians, liaising with customers to schedule weekly fleet work and invoicing completed jobs Monitor stock levels and reorder requirements, utilising our internal stock request system Liaising with customers and manufacturers via phone and email Assist with the upkeep and condition of all equipment and depot premises Managerial responsibilities to ensure compliance with HR/H&S policies and procedures Ad hoc duties

Key duties and responsibilities:

Assist with all branch operations, using iniative to act upon tasks outside your normal duties when required. Provide a high standard of customer service, promoting the Bush Group philosophy for "Quality at all costs! Contribute to good housekeeping routines Act as an ambassador for the company, being knowledgeable, professional and friendly at all times.

Proven previous tyre experience or knowledge is essential for this role, full training will be given on internal systems and processes.

This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours(Monday-Saturday).

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year
