Job Description

An opportunity to work as the Service Manager role for Urology & Vascular within the GS-ACT division.



We are looking for an effective motivated leader with proven service delivery experience in a fast paced environment who will approach this interesting and varied position with energy and enthusiasm.



To provide timely, effective, proactive operational management support to Urology & Vascular services.



Assisting the lead clinicians and senior managers as required and ensuring that the Department functions in a responsive, innovative way, and provides the highest possible clinical and performance standards.



To support the Associate Director of Operations ensuring that all performance, finance and quality targets are achieved. Developing and implanting lasting solutions to challenges in conjunction with clinical and managerial colleagues.



Efficient and effective use of resources to the highest standards of patient care and excellent service delivery



Full operational management of the clinical services, which includes performance against internal and national KPIs, clinical governance, financial management, service development and staff management.
