We're now looking for a passionate, experienced

Service Manager

to lead this specialist service in delivering personalised, flexible support that makes a real and lasting difference.


As Service Manager, you'll oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of a dedicated team providing housing support, personal care, and social connection through self-directed support packages. You'll ensure the service remains safe, values-led, person-centred -- and continually evolving to meet the needs of the people we support.


You will:

Provide inspirational leadership to a committed and skilled team Develop partnerships and embed meaningful co-production with supported individuals Ensure compliance with National Care Standards, SSSC Codes, and relevant legislation Lead quality assurance, staff development, and performance improvement Manage budgets, resources, and service development with confidence Champion the vision of Turning Point Scotland: enabling people to thrive in their communities

We're seeking someone with:

Proven experience of managing care or support services -- ideally with mental health, personality disorders, neurodivergence, or complex needs Strong leadership skills and a values-based approach A sound understanding of housing support, self-directed support, and trauma-informed practice Excellent communication, planning, and relationship-building skills SSSC registration (or willingness to register) and relevant qualifications
