As we grow, we're seeking a hands-on Service Manager to work in partnership with our Senior Management Team, PBS Team and frontline staff. This is a unique opportunity to lead with values, champion positive change, and create a culture where everyone thrives.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the lives of the people we support, ensuring they receive the highest quality of personalised care & support.

In this role, you'll be responsible for working with the teams & people we support to develop personalised support, co-produce and obtain regular feedback from the people we support, their families and others who engage with Enabling Lives to continuously improve our services. We're looking for a Manager who can create a positive culture within our teams, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a sense of belonging.

Your Role as Service Manager



As Service Manager, you'll be a key leader, responsible for inspiring teams and delivering exceptional, person-centred services. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, PBS Team and frontline teams, your responsibilities will include:

Champion Excellence: Lead by example to ensure services reflect our values and deliver meaningful outcomes. Collaborate for Success: Partner with the PBS Team to develop and implement personalised support plans tailored to the people we support. Inspire and Mentor: Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Deputy Managers and staff, fostering a culture of empowerment and collaboration. Drive Innovation: Use feedback, reflective practice, and co-production to enhance services and meet evolving needs. Drive Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, embedding high-quality, person-centred practices. Empower Lives: Enable the people we support to achieve their goals, celebrate successes, and flourish in their communities.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where your leadership will directly impact the people we support, as well as the growth and success of your team.

What We're Looking For



We're looking for an experienced and passionate leader who embodies our values. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of two years' experience as a Service Manager or equivalent leadership role in a regulated setting. A strong track record of leading teams and achieving success in CQC inspections, with at least a "Good" rating. Essential Qualifications: A completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) - this is an essential requirement for the role. Collaborative Leadership: A proactive, hands-on approach to mentoring teams, creating an empowering and inclusive environment. Commitment to Quality: A focus on reflective practice and continuous improvement, delivering person-centred outcomes for the people we support. Empathy and Understanding: Experience supporting people with complex needs, trauma, and behaviours that challenge, using a compassionate, values-driven approach. Practical Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, IT and financial management skills. Flexibility and Drive: A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance.

8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday). Weekend availability required. On call.
