The Service Manager plays a pivotal role in driving work through our service department by prioritising jobs and organising a team of six technicians to ensure deadlines are achieved and workloads are managed. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, have a passion for customer service, be commercially minded and motivated by setting, achieving and exceeding departmental targets.
Duties
Oversee the aftersales team, providing direction to the technicians and the wider team, driving the department to manage daily and weekly workloads.
Develop and implement aftersales strategies
Maintain regular communication with customers to address enquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback on products and services.
Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyse sales data for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
