Hours:

37.5 hours per week, working various shifts 10am - 6pm / 6pm-11pm including some weekends, flexibility required

Salary:

30,900 per year

We are looking for an experienced manager to guide our team of support workers and co-ordinator and move towards organisational values and to reach their objectives, and support people to reach theirs.

The role:

Mid and North East Essex (MNEE) Mind work effectively in partnership with local commissioners to offer non-clinical person-centred support to people who are experiencing emotional distress.


You will form part of the service management team and working in collaboration with our Therapeutic Lead and Head of Operations, and be expected to have input towards the continuing development of the service and the organisation. You must demonstrate good self-awareness and be motivated to work towards quality improvement and change.



You will be collating and monitoring statistical information and working towards particular outcome measures to best support the service and those accessing it.
