Join Barclays as a Service Manager, where you will be part of the transformation technical team working across Barclays to deliver change and ensure excellent customer journeys, keeping multiple teams aligned as they work to reduce our cost base, proactively identifying challenges and driving outcomes. We are seeking a candidate with a strong network across BUK, deep experience of change within Barclays, and the stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate with senior leaders. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring resilience, scalability, and consistent performance to meet client service level agreements, while engaging in daily stakeholder communication, managing suppliers, leading transformation projects, and travelling 40-50% of the time.
