Royal Mail is hiring a

Service Manager

to oversee the delivery and performance of IT services. You'll manage day-to-day operations, lead incident resolution, and drive service improvements across internal teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT service delivery and stakeholder relationships Lead High Priority Incident resolution and root cause analysis Support major incident and out-of-hours management Analyse performance data and implement service improvements Ensure smooth service transitions and SLA compliance

What You'll Bring:

Strong IT service management experience (ITIL preferred) Excellent communication, analysis, and supplier management skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams
