We are looking for an inspiring Service Manager to work in our Wrexham service supporting young people. You will be supporting them in every aspect of their active daily lives to develop the skills they need to live an independent life.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be leading an excellent team of Support Workers delivering approximately 224 hours of independent living support per week to some amazing young people so they can live well. The role is split between management and support hours.

You will need: Clear and confident communication skills, a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to assist people with what is important to them including personal care. The ability to remain calm under pressure and a genuine interest in helping people.
