We're looking for an experienced Service Manager / Band 6 Nurse to join our innovative virtual healthcare team as part of the Our Future Health project. This hybrid role combines clinical expertise with operational leadership to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care through remote service models.


You will lead and manage virtual teams, ensuring services are efficient, cost-effective, and clinically robust. As part of Our Future Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting research aimed at tackling the UK's growing disease burden, while driving continuous improvement and exceptional patient experience.

About the Role

In this role you will:

Lead and supervise virtual healthcare services, ensuring clinical governance and best practice.

Act as the main escalation point for operational and clinical queries.

Manage day-to-day operations, maintaining resilience during peak activity.

Drive service improvements to enhance patient experience, efficiency, and financial performance.

Collaborate with the Contract Director to uphold standards and satisfaction.

Respond quickly to clinical or technical issues to ensure safety and service continuity.

Promote our Vision, Mission, and Values through positive leadership.

Experience We're Looking For

Registered nurse or other advanced practitioner with current NMC/HCPC registration Strong leadership and management skills within a healthcare setting.
