Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing complex processes from start to finish? Were looking for a Service Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end coordination and administration of client contracts.


This is a key role that ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all stages of the contract lifecycle. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless service experience.

What you will be doing



Acting as the main point of contact for setting up and reviewing new contracts alongside the Sales Team Coordinating the handover of new sites to the Service Department, ensuring all information is accurate and clearly communicated Independently verifying contract values, preparing renewal quotations, and issuing them within agreed timelines Proactively following up on outstanding renewals and identifying potential risks Maintaining the contract database, asset registers, and client contact details with precision Managing the setup and smooth transition of renewed contracts Preparing and issuing subcontractor purchase orders in line with service and procurement requirements Producing weekly reports on contract performance and key trends for Service Team Leaders Handling complex administrative tasks with autonomy and professionalism Supporting related functions such as Service Estimation when needed

Who we are looking for



A confident team player who can also work independently and take initiative Someone with proven experience in a senior administrative or contract support role, ideally in a service or technical environment Commercially aware, with a strong grasp of contract terms and service delivery impact Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency Resilient and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and integrity Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and documentation
