We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Partner Manager to support the Partner Onboarding & Compliance function, ensuring our subcontracted field partners are onboarded efficiently, remain compliant with health and safety (H&S) regulations, and are fully aligned with our brand and operational standards.


This role plays a key part in scaling our delivery model and maintaining the quality and reliability of our subcontractor network.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in identifying, vetting, and onboarding subcontracted installation partners, ensuring they meet technical and compliance requirements. Coordinate and maintain onboarding processes, including delivery of training, tracking of certifications and management of compliance documentation. Planning and allocation of resource to projects Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractor partners to support ongoing collaboration and alignment. Work closely with partners to understand capacity and availability, supporting effective resource planning across projects Allocate resources to meet project demands, balancing operational timelines, geographic needs, and partner capability Ensure continued compliance with health & safety regulations, GDPR and BS7671 electrical standards Maintain up-to-date records for all partners, including insurance, risk assessments and training renewals. Support the rollout of performance monitoring tools such as scorecards, dashboards and quality review processes. Contribute to audit preparation, recertification cycles and improvements to onboarding and compliance workflows.

Preferred Experience

Essential :

2+ years in a resource planning, project coordination, or operational support role - preferably in energy, construction, or field services Experience supporting procurement or working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, or field service vendors Familiarity with compliance tracking, subcontractor management, and training coordination Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and digital onboarding platforms Ability to interpret and apply health & safety and regulatory frameworks Effective communicator, confident in liaising with contractors and internal stakeholders

Desirable :

Understanding of UK electrical compliance (BS7671), GDPR, and H&S regulations Experience in scaling operations or working within a startup environment Exposure to demand-side response (DSR) or building energy technologies
