Service Reception Advisor - Knowsley

Hours:

Mon-Fri (42.5hrs a week)

MTC Northwest are looking for a Service Reception Advisor to join our busy and friendly team at our DAF & MAN Dealership in Knowsley.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle enquiries by phone, email and in person. You will manage bookings, provide progress updates, create job cards and ensure the smooth flow of information between the workshop and our customers. This is a fast-paced environment, so strong organisation and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their service requirements Book in vehicles and create job cards Provide regular progress updates throughout the day Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face Use dealer management software (POWER) to process customer and vehicle information - training provided Handle payments and cash transactions accurately, when required Promote additional services or products where appropriate

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous dealership or transport industry experience is desirable but not essential

Experience:

HGV Dealership: 1 year (required) Car, LGV or HGV Dealership: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
