At Marshall Skoda Letchworth, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our aftersales team, acting as a vital link between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth, satisfying service journeys.
In this role:
You'll manage and nurture customer relationships from booking through to service completion, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
You'll support and train new team members within the Service department, driving performance and meeting KPIs.
Acting as a key point of contact, you'll handle complex customer issues with professionalism and collaborate with management for solutions.
You'll complete all administration accurately, maintaining high standards of customer care throughout their Marshall journey.
