Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent service & aftercare support in our busy aftercare department.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in various clerical tasks and possess strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls promptly
- Contact customers for regular vehicle updates
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
- Assist with administrative duties as required
- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling and record keeping
- Booking customers in to our diary system
Requirements
- Proficiency in office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
-Typing skill and accuracy for handling correspondence
- Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
