Create repair and service quotations.
To provide sales administrative support through a variety of tasks related to communication and organisation.
Follow up sent quotations/warm leads until secured.
Answering incoming customer phone calls.
Processing any updated data coming into the office from engineers and customers.

Responsibilities:
Chase quotes as appropriate.
Keep records of conversations, emails and correspondence on the company's database management system in a comprehensive way.
Control of client lists and company database.
Work with sales staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Lead / opportunity generation through servicing database.
Being aware of job costs and sales margins when pricing works.
Requirements:
Experience with MS word, Excel and database management systems.
Good customer service skills.
Positive telephone manner.
Previous experience in a customer service/estimating support role preferable
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within the service team.
Good time management with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines as required.
Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, listening, oral & written.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Be able to research and build relationships with new clients.
Excellent time management.
Training to be provided:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Develop a full understanding of our products, customers, competitors, structure, and business.
Understand the company's goals and purpose to continually enhance the company's performance.
