We are looking for an experienced administrator that can oversee service contracts and billable service work. This role includes the following.
Providing accurate quotations for billable services, spares, and repairs
Efficient order entry and invoicing using leading business systems
Contract management with a focus on key accounts
Responsive support for customers and service engineers
Maintenance of service records and documentation
Continuous improvement of systems and processes
With proven expertise in customer service, ERP and CRM systems and a strong operational focus, you will ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external clients.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong planning and organisational skills, be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage your own workload, with the ability to multitask. A scientific background would be an advantage.
