Accountable for safely executing service operations at expert level including trials in line with given standards and defined scope
Execute defined service tasks self-responsibly while adhering to given work instructions. Support to create and improve work instructions.
Document and report defined scope of work, conduct (KPI, performance) reviews with customers. Create and communicate performance reports and recommendations to customers.
Troubleshoot service situations and handle objections professionally
Achieve customer satisfaction and ensure all business and service activities meet/exceed customer KPI's.
Capture & share customer insights and opportunities for new projects to support organic growth
Extend customer relationships at all technical and operational levels.
Compliance & Safety: ensure adherence to given standards, promote a safety culture, ensure implementation of competency framework and on-time execution of required trainings.
