We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Station Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management, ensuring that all team members are motivated and that the station runs efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and productivity. Oversee sales management, including setting targets and monitoring performance metrics. Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales. Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve skills in time management, phone etiquette, and organisational practices. Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and inventory control. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity of expectations and responsibilities.

Experience



Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within retail or sales environments is essential. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in merchandising is advantageous, along with administrative experience to support operational needs.
