What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate and schedule weekly services with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain and update service records and spreadsheets
Liaise with customers, hire desks, and third-party providers to resolve issues
Raise quotes and manage service-related documentation
Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Produce weekly KPIs and analyse service performance
Review invoices, query discrepancies, and organise credits
Respond to client breakdowns and complaints with professionalism and care
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in scheduling and service coordination
Background in the hire industry (preferred)
Exceptional organisational and record-keeping skills
