Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Support Co-ordinator to join our dedicated Service team at Volkswagen Worcester. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong administrative and communication skills, looking to contribute to a high-performing team and potentially build a career within the automotive industry.



The hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Basic salary of 26,075 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and carry out customer vehicle collections and deliveries to support the Service department.



Manage on-site vehicle logistics, including the check-in process for customer vehicles.



Prepare and maintain job cards, including scanning and filing.



Oversee the preparation and coordination of courtesy vehicles.



Assist with job card preparation to ensure smooth service operations.
