We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our management team, overseeing a multi-disciplined team of Cleaners, Security Guards, and Waste Operatives. As a Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining the highest standards of Security and Environmental services within a busy, town centre-based shopping and leisure facility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and motivate your team to ensure the highest service standards in Security, Cleaning, and Waste Management.
Develop yourself and your team through ongoing training, coaching and mentorship.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring all team members feel valued and respected.
Ensure smooth daily operations by effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks according to business, team, and individual needs.
Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring visitors experience a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Key Attributes & Skills
A passion for customer service, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
Previous front-line leadership experience in either Housekeeping or Security.
Ability to develop and inspire team members, supporting their professional growth.
A clear and articulate communicator, capable of engaging effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
Strong decision-making and task prioritization skills, maintaining efficiency and high service levels.
