We are recruiting a knowledgeable and compassionate Service Team Manager to lead our Hospital Discharge Team at the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead. Thisimportant role is central to delivering our Social Care Futures vision and ensuring that hospital discharges are safe, timely, and person-centred. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of 53,296 - 58,286 per annum.
