THE ROLE



Carry out duties in the Titan Facility including the assembly and disassembly of Field Service tools and related equipment whilst adhering to the company's HSEQ standards, responsibilities, policies, and procedures. At times the Service Technician will be required to assist in testing, operational and training activities along with any other tasks as directed by their immediate line manager or higher authority.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES



Assemble/Disassemble of Field Service tools (SJI, Quake & Hammer) in accordance with service reports/manuals including operation of the FR24120 torque unit Accurately complete service reports and any other paperwork related to the tools Conduct inspections and function tests to ensure equipment meets operational standards Liaise with customers and third-party inspectors on work requirements and provide feedback Assist with any quarantine review/investigations when necessary Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to individual technologies, service delivery. This may involve troubleshooting problems or escalating to the relevant department Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g. Engineering, HSEQ and Testing, Finance) to ensure service delivery is aligned with company goals and customer expectations Maintain workshop cleanliness and ensure tools and parts are stored correctly Operation of forklift, loading and unloading of deliveries, and banksman/slinging for mobile crane operations.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES



Adhere to existing work practices, methods and procedures Undertake relevant training and development activities as required Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines Comply with Titan Energies' health and safety policies and procedures Perform any reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function in line with the level of responsibility of the role Familiarity with the Titan Organisation Chart, from Line Manager to the wider company structure Be available to work overtime when required, including evenings and weekends, to support operational demands. Overtime will be compensated in line with company policy.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



Previous experience in assembly/disassembly and maintenance of Field Service tools Previous experience with torque units and function testing Previous use of forklifts, cranes, and lifting equipment Mechanical/technical background.
