In this hands-on, field-based role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering essential compliance and maintenance services that keep our clients safe and compliant and help protect vital resources for future generations.

What you'll do:

As a Service Technician, you'll be the trusted face of Veolia at customer sites, completing a variety of compliance and safety-related tasks, including:

Monitoring, testing, and recording key system performance data Servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance on site equipment Cleaning, disinfection, and safety checks on client assets such cooling towers and domestic water systems Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations Recording and reporting work using digital tools (ZetaSafe, Word, Excel) Building strong client relationships and offering proactive recommendations

What we're looking for:

Experience in compliance and safety services (Legionella, environmental, or similar) Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry guidance (training available if not yet achieved) Good IT skills and experience with Google apps and email Full UK driving licence A team player with strong communication and time management skills Comfortable working independently across multiple sites Experience with Zeta mobile app or similar is a plus
