WatchTower Security Solutions, part of Mosaic World, is revolutionizing the security industry by delivering faster and more efficient services. We provide temporary, high-quality security solutions for urban developers, protecting properties and construction sites with flexible, customer-oriented technology that integrates seamlessly into its surroundings. We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our international team in the rapidly expanding temporary site security market.

What you'll do?

As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in the success of our operations. After completing an onboarding process with a fellow technician, you will be responsible for independently assembling, configuring, installing, commissioning, and maintaining our security products. When technical issues arise, you will perform both remote and on-site maintenance, ensuring seamless service delivery. You will also gather customer feedback and implement product improvements and innovations, reporting directly to the Country Lead.



Your responsibilities will include:

Delivery and collection of mobile monitoring systems across the UK Commissioning of monitoring technology Providing on-site technical service for new and existing equipment Performing remote maintenance on existing systems as required Building new security solutions at our Telford base Assisting customers with technical inquiries

Relevant experience with CCTV and computer literacy Familiarity with Office 365 suite Ideally, experience in security installations Willingness to travel Reside within commuting distance of the Telford office Professional communication style A high level of initiative and independent working style Service-oriented field service experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Full and clean UK driving licence, preferably with experience in towing trailers
