We are looking for someone with experience in IT service delivery and service improvement projects to mediate with our projects and service delivery teams to develop ongoing improvements to the managed services we provide our Public Sector client.
You will engage with various teams, making sure that not only are the projects on track to be delivered on time but that the service is constantly moving forward and provide intelligent oversight for smooth transition through to implementation.
This hybrid role will support a great work life balance, with the majority of your time being based from home and only one or two visits to our office in Porton Down, near Salisbury, will be necessary each week. Given the nature of the role, there also will be occasions when an office presence will be vital to support the projects.
The successful applicant will also need to complete vetting for SC Clearance before beginning in the role.
