Join our team of dedicated and detail- orientated cleaners for a our short term rental cleaning team in Sheffield. As the properties cover a range of post code areas, driving license and own car is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare short-term rental properties to a high standard, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
Change bed linens, towels, and restock amenities as required.
Follow a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Perform
stock checks
of cleaning supplies and amenities, and report any shortages.
Take photos after each clean via our app
to document the quality and condition of the property.
Ensure all areas are properly sanitised and ready for new guests.
Dispose of trash and ensure all areas are tidy and guest-ready.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
Perform quality control checks to maintain high standards.
Commuting between properties
is going to be essential. Sometimes you may have 2 cleans on a given day.
Work Schedule:
Primarily during the middle of the day (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) to align with guest check-in and check-out times.
Weekend availability is essential
. You will be not have to clean every weekend but must give adequate availability.
Must be available to work on
bank holidays
as required.
Requirements:
Prior cleaning experience, ideally within the hospitality or Airbnb/short-term rental sector.
Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to complete cleanings within specified time frames.
Availability for weekend shifts
and public holidays.
Trial Period:
New cleaners will undergo a
trial period
where they will work closely with one of our experienced cleaners or supervisor to ensure they meet our standards.
What We Provide:

Ongoing support and guidance from experienced team members.
The opportunity to progress to Supervisor whereby you will be reponsible for scheduling, audits and unit stock checks as well as facilitating deliveries of linen.
