Role: ServiceNow Architect
Contract Length: 12 months with possible extension
Location: Hybrid/Edinburgh or Glasgow - Onsite collaboration when required depending on project/team requirements
IR35: Outside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: 558.25 per day
Security Clearance: BPSS
Spinwell is recruiting for a ServiceNow Architect for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
SERVICENOW ARCHITECT JOB DESCRIPTION
An experienced ServiceNow architect is required to co-lead the development of the platform in areas of Workflow Automation, CMDB Integration, Frontend Service Portal and ITSM Maturity with the ServiceNow technical product manager.
Alongside the ServiceNow team you will be working in on a previously developed platform which has recently been refreshed using best practice and is ready to be taken on the automation journey.
This role includes business analysis responsibilities, work experience with complex user requirements and the translation to technical architecture.
Experience with integrations (e.g Teams, AWS, Forescout) will be a distinct advantage.
The successful supplier will be familiar with ITIL practices and multiple disciplines of current technologies.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SERVICENOW ARCHITECT

• Able to demonstrate knowledge of the platform mechanics and best practices
• Integration and orchestration knowledge
• Knowledge of CMDB & Asset Management
• JavaScript development independent of and within the ServiceNow framework
• Integration and orchestration knowledge
• CSDM 3.0 knowledge
• Self-Service Portal (beyond Catalogue Items)
• HTML, XML, CSS & JSON
• Strong teamwork, self-managing and self-initiative, coaching, collaboration & communication skills
