Technical Expertise
Extensive hands-on experience withServiceNow platform architecture
and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM). Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integrations. Proficiency in automation tools and CI/CD practices.Process Knowledge
Solid understanding ofITIL processes
and enterprise IT service management. Experience in designing governance frameworks for ITSM/ITOM.Soft Skills
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules. ITIL v4 Foundation certification. Experience in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
