JOB DESCRIPTION
Solution Design and Architecture Defining the overall architecture of ServiceNow solutions including ServiceNow core platform multiple modules integrations and configurations ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices
Technical Consultation and Leadership Provide expert advice lead solution sessions and connect with clients using technical expertise and leadership skills
Thought Leadership Establish our organization as a leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem through innovation and expertise
Implementation Support Ensure collaboration standards are maintained to translate requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions
Integration and Automation Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems leveraging Integration Hub web services SOAPREST EBonding and other integration techniques
Performance Optimization Ensuring the security scalability and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions including performance monitoring and optimization
Quality Assurance Drive adherence to quality assurance best practices ensuring successful project outcomes
Security and Compliance Mature security solutions to meet changing compliance requirements Implement robust security measures to maintain secure client environments
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing Create and share technical documentation contribute to the knowledge base and promote best practices
Continuous Learning Keep up with ServiceNow advancements to provide innovative solutions
Client Relationships Establish and sustain trustbased relationships with clients proactively addressing their needs and steering them toward successful results
Mentorship and Coaching mentoring and guiding junior developers and other team members during implementations
QUALIFICATIONS Required
15 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
Expert in 5 or more below ServiceNow Product suites
CSDM and CMDB
ITOM Health and Visibility Discovery Service Mapping Event management Integration with Monitoring tools Health Log Analytics
Customer Service Management CSM
Field Service Management FSM
Sales Order Management SOM and Supplier Lifecycle Operations SLO
Telecommunication Network Inventory TNI
Strategic Portfolio Management SPM
Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security performance and compliance
Extensive experience in thirdparty integration RESTSOAP Other methods Integration Hub and Ebonding
Experience in Domain Separation and ITSM application
Proficiency in scripting languages JavaScript GlideScript and designing complex solutions
Ready to Work in UK Client location
